1) Loan Terms: APR, Repayment & Fees

This section provides general information about common loan terms you may see through APPNAME. Cash Advance WVT Inc. is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Any loan, cash advance, or other credit product is offered, underwritten, and funded by an independent third-party lender or financial service provider.

1.1 APR Range

The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) is the yearly cost of borrowing expressed as a percentage and may include both interest and certain eligible fees. APR ranges for financial products you may access through the App typically fall within 5.99%–35.99%. In some cases, the maximum APR permitted by law for a particular product, state, or provider may apply.

The APR you are offered depends on factors that may include (but are not limited to) your credit profile, the amount requested, the repayment term, applicable state laws, and the provider’s underwriting criteria. You will be shown the final APR and key cost information for any product before you accept an offer, and providers are expected to disclose pricing in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws.

1.2 Repayment Periods

Repayment terms vary by provider and product. Typical repayment periods range from approximately 3 months (about 90 days) up to 24 months (2 years). Some offers may have shorter or longer terms if allowed under applicable law.

Before you enter into any agreement, you will receive a repayment schedule that states the number of payments, the amount of each payment, and due dates.

1.3 Payment Frequency & Methods

Payments are generally made in fixed installments on predetermined dates. Depending on the provider and product, payments may be weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Repayments are typically made by electronic transfer (such as ACH debit) from a verified bank account, though some providers may offer additional methods.

You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in the designated account on each due date to avoid late fees, returned payment fees, or other charges permitted by law.

1.4 Fees & Other Charges

Any potential fees—such as origination fees, late payment fees, returned payment/NSF charges, or expedited funding fees (if offered)—will be disclosed before you accept an offer. There are no “hidden” fees in the provider’s agreement: you will have an opportunity to review the total cost of credit, including interest and applicable fees, before you agree to a loan or cash advance.

1.5 Early Repayment

Many products allow early payoff without a prepayment penalty, which may reduce the overall interest paid. Policies vary by provider and state. Review your specific agreement for early payoff terms and any conditions that apply.

1.6 Example Cost Disclosures

Before you finalize any product, you will receive standardized cost disclosures (for example, Truth-in-Lending-style disclosures or an equivalent summary) that outline APR, finance charges, total of payments, and the payment schedule. Review these disclosures carefully because they reflect the legally binding cost and repayment structure of the product you choose.

2) Your Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Cash Advance WVT Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the APPNAME mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “App”).

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state), you are a lawful resident of the United States, and you can enter into legally binding agreements. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

If we update these Terms, your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Purpose of the App & Service Overview

The App provides a secure platform where users can explore, compare, and connect with potential financial offers. You may submit a request containing personal, employment, and banking information, and we may transmit that information to participating providers so they can evaluate eligibility and, where possible, present offers tailored to your profile.

You will have an opportunity to review product terms before deciding whether to proceed. Any loan agreement, funding, repayment plan, or other credit arrangement is executed directly between you and the provider. We provide the technology platform, facilitate secure data transmission, and offer customer support related to the App. We do not control, manage, or guarantee provider approvals, APR, repayment schedules, exact terms, or provider customer-service policies.

4) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

To use certain features, you may need to meet eligibility requirements determined by providers and applicable law. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Safeguard login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, or involves fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity.

5) Electronic Communications & Your Consent

By using the App, you agree to receive electronic communications from us and, where applicable, from participating providers. These communications may include emails, text messages (SMS), in-app notifications, electronic documents, and disclosures. You agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures to the extent permitted by law.

You may withdraw consent by contacting support@cashadvancewvt.com. Withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain features or complete future transactions. We may still send legally required notices.

6) Account Creation, Access & Maintenance

Some features require an account. You agree not to share credentials, not to use another person’s identity or account, and not to misrepresent information. We may verify identity and take action to protect the App if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use.

7) Data Accuracy & Authorization

By submitting information, you authorize us to collect and process information, transmit it to participating providers, and use third-party tools to help verify identity, income, and account ownership where applicable. You represent that information you provide is truthful, current, and complete. False or misleading information may result in denial, suspension, termination, and other action as permitted by law.

8) Fees, Payments & Our Compensation

We do not charge you a direct fee to download or use the App as a consumer. However, we may receive referral, marketing, or other compensation from a provider if you are connected with that provider through the App and/or obtain a product. Such compensation does not change the terms you receive from the provider, and providers must comply with applicable laws.

9) Permitted Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the App only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You may not:

• Violate federal, state, or local law.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
• Use robots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code.
• Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission.
• Send unsolicited messages, advertising, or spam.

Violations may result in immediate termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

10) Service Changes & Availability

We may add, change, or remove features, suspend all or part of the App, or perform maintenance that affects availability. We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, downtime, or changes to the App.

11) Intellectual Property

App content and technology (including text, logos, graphics, software, code, and design) are owned by the Company or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12) Disclaimers

The App and related tools and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, uninterrupted operation, or error-free and secure access. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. You use the App at your own risk.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your access to or use of the App, inability to access or use the App, or conduct of any third party, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If liability is found notwithstanding the above, the total cumulative liability of the Company to you for all claims will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts may not apply.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from and against claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of rights of another person or entity.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through individual binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided by law.

• Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted.
• You may bring claims only in your individual capacity.

If arbitration is not available or enforceable, disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App, including your account, if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, or your use is harmful to us, providers, or other users. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice for material changes (for example, in-app notice or email). Your continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
